2. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards.
4. Process for Returns

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
5. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
