Returns and Refund

1. Introduction

Welcome to Emirates Fragrance' Returns & Refunds Policy. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from our website can be returned or refunded.

• Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
• Gift cards.

4. Process for Returns

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@unityintl.ae and send your item to our return address.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
