• We offer standard, and Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping options.
• Shipping fees vary based on the order value.
• If your order value is more than AED 199, you are eligible for free shipping.
• If your order value is less than AED 200, the shipping fee is AED 12. 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Option

• COD is available for customers in the United Arab Emirates.
• When choosing COD, you will pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery, plus COD handling charges of AED 10. 
• Please have the exact amount ready, as our delivery agents may not carry change.

4. Delivery Locations

• We deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

5. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Delivery Time

• Typically 2-4 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary.
